In every bankruptcy case, attorney Ronald Ellett fights on behalf of clients to protect their rights and leads them through the bankruptcy process. Ellett Law Offices has repeatedly expanded the legal rights of our clients by establishing new bankruptcy precedents. In establishing these new legal precedents, Mr. Ellett has personally argued and won cases before the Arizona Supreme Court, the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the United States District Court.
Mr. Ellett graduated from Hampshire High School in 1980. In 1984 he was simultaneously awarded his Master of Arts and Bachelors of Arts through an honors program at Northwestern University. After receiving a perfect score on his LSAT, he was awarded a scholarship and a teaching position at Northwestern University and was also admitted to a joint PHD/ J.D. program. The teaching position and scholarship enabled Mr. Ellett to pay for law school. Mr. Ellett received his J.D. from Northwestern University Law School in 1989 and became member the Arizona Bar in October 1989.Mr. Ellett has been specifically recognized for his legal work on behalf of the poor by the Arizona Supreme Court, the State Bar of Arizona, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.
Mr. Ellett is the father of six children. Mr. Ellett and his wife, Rayme, are active members of Paradise Valley United Methodist Church.
